STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP IN FINANCIAL SERVICES
Level 4

The module integrates four areas that leaders of banks need to master to ensure the continuing success and stability of their banks in the face of the unprecedented level of change from digital disruptions, regulatory developments and changing customer behaviour. 

Therefore, the module aims to: 

(i) provide learners with the skills to develop and analyze banks strategies, 

(ii) critically evaluate risk management approaches and their application to promote best practice, 

(iii) assess and recommend appropriate governance systems and practices that align with the strategy and mandate of the bank, and 

(iv) evaluate and apply concepts of professionalism, conduct and ethics within the financial services industry. 

The course has a total of 30 credit hours.

The pre-requisites for this module are all the modules in levels 1 - 3
